OUTtv & TLC CELEBRATE PRIDE TOGETHER

This year, OUTtv entered into a special partnership with TLC for the Pride period; during the upcoming Pride Week on TLC, the OUTtv programs "Buitengewoon Chiel" and "Thom’s Warehouse" will be shown. In the same period, the lifestyle channel for the gay and openminded broadcasts the TLC series "Louisa and Rosanna, Onze Transgender Liefde". For two weeks, both OUTtv and TLC will present the program ‘OUTtv Summer Pride’, short reports from various LGBT events in Europe, such as the Pink Saturday in 's-Hertogenbosch, the first Canal Parade of Utrecht, the Gay Prides of Berlin and Frankfurt, the Amsterdam Canal Parade and of course the Antwerp Pride.

In this way, OUTtv and TLC want to emphasize that everyone can be who he or she wants to be. Regardless of gender or orientation. OUTtv broadcasts a double episode of the first season of the TLC series every Friday from 4 August at 11 p.m. "Louisa & Rosanna, Onze Transgender Liefde". The 8-part reality series tells the dream of Louisa and Rosanna to return to the caravan, their long-cherished children's desire, their search for work and their unique honeymoon.

"Louisa and Rosanna, Our Transgender Love":

Louisa was born 31 years ago in a Limburg caravan camp as the boy Lowieke, but soon realized

that she felt more like a girl. In the traditional culture of the camp, however, she could not speak about her feelings to talk. Let alone that she could go to her parents, who did not accept that as a boy she put on lipstick and wore dresses. She therefore decided to leave the house at the age of twelve and has the entire transgender process to become a woman run through without the support of her parents. When Louisa stood alone as a teenager, she met Rosanna who was not only an important support, but also quickly became her great love.

TLC will broadcast the OUTtvv programs "Buitengewoon Chiel" and "Thom’s Warehouse" from Monday 7 August. "Buitengewoon Chiel starts at 6:30 PM, with a double episode on Friday and" Thom’s Warehouse "can be viewed from Monday to Thursday from 6:55 PM and on Friday a double episode from 7:20 PM.
