Duncan Laurence ontvangt de OUTmusic Award 2019!


An enthusiastic Duncan Laurence from The Netherlands received the OUTmusic Award 2019 from OUTtv personality and Eurovision expert Jens Geerts. According to European LGBT+ OUTtv-viewers, the Dutch song ‘Arcade’ will win this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, and therefor deserves the coveted OUTmusic Award. The Netherlands won with a vast majority of the votes, followed by Switzerland, Italy, Sweden and Norway. The sixth spot was taken by the nineteen year old Eliot Vassamillet, who performed in the first half final for Belgium.

OUTtv was able to surprise Duncan with the award in Tel Aviv. Watch the video below!


First Semi-Final!
The first Semi-Final took place on Tuesday night in Tel Aviv. We now know which countries will be represented during the Eurovision Song Contest final on Saturday: Australia, Belarus, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Iceland, San Marino, Servia, and Slovenia.

This means that de Eurovision adventure has come to an end for the following countries: Belgium, Finland, Georgia, Hungary, Montenegro, Poland and Portugal.

Madonna started rehearsals (without signing the contract)


The Queen of Pop seems to have landed in Tel Aviv this Tuesday to rehearse for her performance during the final upcoming Saturday. However, the story still has some loose ends: The singer apparently has not signed her contract yet.

Eurovision executive producer Jon Ola Sand said during a press conference that Madonna will not be allowed to perform if she does not sign the contract. Whether or not this will be arranged on time is something we will find out on Saturday night!
