The group even went as far to create their own pride vlag and elect an official mascot. They declared Brat Pitt as official mascot for the ‘straight pride parade’. One of the organizers even called him “A hero for straight people all around the world.” Pitt himself however has no official affiliations with the group.
The website specifies that anyone is welcome except for anti-fascism organization Antifa. If the parade will be rejected by the city, the group will file a discrimination lawsuit against the city council. If the group is allowed to proceed with the ‘straight parade’, it will most likely take place in August.
